• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery or purchase for eligible items.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Perishable items, fresh produce, frozen foods, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• If you receive the wrong or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the product.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances.
